I am a fully licensed, registered and insured private hire driver and have been transporting guests attending weddings
at Château Lacanaud since 2022

I operate a comfortable minivan for up to 8 passengers or an estate car for up to 4 passengers
​
Airport Transfers to/from the Eymet Area
All airport transfers are priced each way. Payment is by card or cash on the day.
Transfers are by car (up to 4 passengers with luggage) or by minivan (up to 8 passengers with luggage)

Bergerac Airport/Station : Car €65 Minivan €95 Journey time 30 mins
Bordeaux Airport: Car €195 Minivan €275 Journey Time 1.5hrs
Toulouse Airport: Car €265 Minivan €325 Journey Time 2hrs 30 mins

All prices include 10% VAT, any applicable motorway tolls and airport parking
Passengers will be welcomed outside Arrivals door (Bergerac) or in the Arrivals hall (Bordeaux & Toulouse)
Departing passengers will be driven to the drop off point next to departures terminal
The Night Before The Wedding

Shuttle for all guests staying at Château Lacanaud into Eymet around 6.00pm
Shuttle back for all guests to the chateau at the end of the evening
Approx 4 shuttles per hour/up to 32 passengers each way

Complete Wedding Day Transport Package
for up to 32 guests staying in Eymet

Prepayment by wedding couple
Ensures all guests arrive at the Chateau for the wedding on time
Safely returns the guests back to Eymet at midnight
Shuttle FROM Eymet Bus Stop to Château Lacanaud (approx. 1.15–2.00pm - depending on wedding start time)
Shuttle FROM Château Lacanaud back to Eymet Bus Stop at midnight
Earlier return from the chateau on demand by WhatsApp

Guests Pay For Themselves
Payment by guests, by card or cash on the day
TO the wedding: €5 per guest
FROM the wedding: €10 per guest

Shuttle FROM Château Lacanaud back to Eymet Bus Stop at midnight

Daytime Outbound only shuttle

Usually paid by the guests themselves by card or cash on the day

€5 per guest each way

For transport paid by the wedding couple, a 25% deposit is payable to secure a booking
The remaining 75% balance is then due 14 days before the wedding weekend
A full receipt will be issued for each payment
Contact details of key passengers will be requested so I can contact them on the day if needed
All passengers should be given my contact information
